Coordination of cleaning between guests and maintenance items, as necessary
Guest check-ins/checkouts
Obtaining TPT & Lodging tax licenses for the city and county, as needed
Collection and payment of sales and lodging taxes (paid by guests)
Credit card processing for guests
Maintenance and repairs
Monthly reports and payment
Year-end 1099 for income taxes
We facilitate the purchase of Travel and Damage insurance for the guests to help protect your investment
