A Rustic Stone Bridge is planned to be constructed over McKellips Road; it will be the landmark of the community.

The community of Las Sendas covers 1800 acres of land and has large dedicated open spaces that surround the homes. A network of hard surface pathways runs through the whole community. Residents have access to the trailhead athletic club and spa, which offers massage therapy, group and personal fitness training in the guidance of professionals and nutrition guidance. Three parks; Boulder Mountain Park, Desert Foothills Park and Sonoran Heights Park are a part of the community.
